Class Information:

Classes are held at 4101 Nebraska Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016

Parking Instructions:

If coming from Van Ness Street, you’ll need to go to the opposite side of the building from the basketball court — essentially the back side off Van Ness. If entering from Nebraska Ave, come down the hill and the class space will be visible

Our Policy

Our Classes will start on time and we can’t shortcut the class so if you are late you will not be able to take the class.

Our instructors will meet you at the designated spot don’t get nervous if it is right before the start time. If you are late you will forfeit your seat. Please ensure that you arrive at least 20 minutes early. American Heart Association (AHA) guideline require you to bring their 2020 AHA Student Manual to class. We do not offer refunds. We will allow you to reschedule with 24 hours notice for a $15 fee. All of our online products, are non-refundable.
